As President and Chief Executive Officer, Sue is responsible for the overall strategic operations at Montlina, overseeing the short and long-term priorities that continue to build the Montlina brand and generate critical and sustainable growth and revenue goals for our clients. She leads the relationships with Montlina partners including Google, Squarespace, Salesforce,  and others – the brands who have helped our clients reach their strategic goals.

Prior to launching Montlina in 2020, Sue was the Managing Director of La Quinta Consulting Worldwide, responsible for overseeing the global client accounts. A native Chicagoan, Sue has lived throughout the country with her retired Marine spouse which brings a unique and intimate perspective to her strategic marketing and advertising efforts in small and large markets.

Jennifer is the Founder and President of the Montlina Foundation, a 501c3 private foundation that focuses on the power of mentorship to nurture the minds and hearts of the next generation of leaders. She also serves as a board member of Rotary International - Indio, a non-profit organization focused on empowering the youth of the world, especially within Indio, California.

When she’s not driving Montlina forward, Sue is a passionate public health advocate and fosters senior dogs through Barkee LaRouix in California.

Sue holds a bachelor’s degree from Hawaii Pacific University and an MBA from Central Michigan University.
